Registration Forms and Documents

The Registration forms and Documents for the Miss Washington's Outstanding Teen Pageant contestants are available from the Miss Washington Scholarship "File Cabinet".

Instructions for accessing the forms via the "File Cabinet" are listed below:

Step 1: Using your web browser go to http://mwso.org/fc/index.php  <--- Click here to open the File Cabinet in a new window

Step 2: Click on "Shares" and then on "Teen Files" from the drop-down menu

Step 3: Double-Click on the "Contestants" Folder to view the files available to download

Step 4: Either Double-click a file to download or single-click on a file and then single-click the download button in the left hand column to download files to your computer for completion and printing.
