• Commercial/Civic Organizations:
  Up to 2 hours $300.00
  2 to 4 hours $475.00
  Mileage Reimbursed at 40¢ a mile

• Charitable Organizations:
  Fees are negotiable

• Special fees and programs are available for schools

Appearance Request Form

When your appearance request is accepted, a contract will be issued which will be completed and signed by the booking party and returned to the Miss Washington Business Office along with the appearance fee, which will be stated on the contract. Payment for Miss Washington’s appearance must be sent to the Business Office ten business days prior to the event, to hold the booking.

If a booking party should require any extra time or other services during the appearance, additional charges may be incurred.

Miss Washington may have a traveling companion and that person should be included in all invitations and reservations if appropriate.

Miss Washington cannot endorse merchandise or products which conflict with: The Miss Washington Scholarship Organization, The Miss America Organization or major sponsors.
